ELECTRONS, by ROBERTA BALFOUR First Line: Swirl and toss their lives away Last Line: Somewhere, some time? Subject(s): Atoms; Earth; Science; Space & Space Travel; World; Scientists; Outer Space; Fourth Dimension | |||
Swirl and toss their lives away In caged bodies magicwise Yet rhythmic to one swing Of you and me. What shall it be? Shall we move on into space, shall we? As electrons grasp and greet our own Uniting in perpetual rhythm of immutable law Aeons-made and aeon-making? Or Shall we know As electrons know their own, And shall we again meet and merge Into a thing of beauty, earthborn, Somewhere, some time? | Discover our Poem Explanations and Poet Analyses!Other Poems of Interest...THE MULTIVERSE by ALBERT GOLDBARTH EMBLEMS OF LOVE: 33.
