INVITATION AFTER PULLING DOWN AND REBUILDING A HOUSE, by
First Line: Old ghosts, ye all are dispossess'd
Last Line: You soon shall have companion ghosts.
Alternate Author Name(s): V; Meysey-wigley, Caroline
Subject(s): Ghosts; Supernatural

OLD Ghosts, ye all are dispossess'd,
Your former house is levell'd now;
Another house at my behest
Has lifted over yours, its brow.

But flit, old Ghosts, and live with me;
As yet we are but living hosts;
But watch the new house patiently,
You soon shall have companion Ghosts.
