BARELY POSSIBLE, by INEZ GEORGE GRIDLEY First Line: Consider now the nudist's lot - Last Line: He longeth for some clothes! Subject(s): Nudity; Nakedness | ||||||||
Consider now the nudist's lot -- As carefree as a flower. He broileth in the burning sun, Is dunked in every shower. Upon his broad, perspiring back, Mosquitoes, joyful, park, And when he resteth in the grass, The ants enjoy a lark. So when in careless nudity He through the thistles goes, Methinks it barely possible He longeth for some clothes! | Discover our Poem Explanations and Poet Analyses!Other Poems of Interest...IN THE LOCKER ROOM by MADELINE DEFREES FRESCOES FOR MR.
