DULCE CORAZON, by
First Line: Love comes and love goes, this I know
Last Line: Enriched by my treasured memories of you.
Subject(s): Memory

Love comes and love goes, this I know
Having lived fully, and loved my share
But this I know, too, memory is slow
To dim glamorous delight ... so rare.

And so, my 'dulce corazon', as you say,
Even though time dulls the thrill,
And our paths lie in separate ways, I pray
You'll understand ... I'll remember still.

And the remembering shall be part of me,
Influencing my life, and through
This experience see more clearly, and be
Enriched by my treasured memories of you.
