COME TO HIM, by
First Line: From out the syrian sky an angel host
Last Line: To come to him.
Subject(s): Birth; Child Birth; Midwifery

From out the Syrian sky an angel host,
the heavenly host, came down
to see the Holy Child.

In from the hills the shepherds came
to see of whom the angels sing.

And from the blue there came a star
and stood to mark His birth.

Into the west came wise men traveling
across the desert sands
to meet the King.

Into the Light of Life I come
to meet my Lord, the Child of Bethlehem,
the One who bids by angel host, by star
to come to Him.
