MUSIC OF THE RAIN, by
First Line: Slow music haunts the falling drops of rain
Last Line: Are nature's lullaby to men at night.
Subject(s): Music & Musicians

Slow music haunts the falling drops of rain
That gently splash against my window pane.
The chant of soothing music from the deep
Can lull a weary mind to peaceful sleep.

The simple harmonies of Mother Earth
That bring her gay new flowerets to birth --
These languorous, dripping tones of silver light
Are nature's lullaby to men at night.
