The breeze-spectator, still, awe-struck;
Falls not even the shadow of a leaf;
The trees, the meadows, the pools
Build the silent temple-hall for peace.
To the music of moon and stars
Played by the minute, and hour-hands of time;
Dances Nature's Night-Bayadere
With the castanets of sleep and dream.
