ANGEL COME TO TOWN, by
First Line: Lips so red, hair of brown
Last Line: That bring a fond regret.
Subject(s): Babies; Infants

Lips so red, hair of brown,
Skin like fairy down,
Eyes of blue
Look at you
Angel come to town.

Lightly tripping little feet,
A figure -- O, so neat.
Just a sweet and simple child
We all desire to meet.

Lovely smile, gentle hands
Greet you all the while;
Friendship holds you with its bands
Free from any guile.

Voice so soft yet tinkling clear --
One you can't forget --
Reminiscent of the days
That bring a fond regret.
