I AM so happy these days
That beyond a doubt I shall soon be booted out of heaven!
Long was the fall of Satan
And the landing dull and unpleasant.
Yet:
I lie and laugh at life:
I cannot get out of bed, for very delight:
And I say: Though you wait for me, Hell,
I shall laugh all the way to your gates.
