Perhaps it is his dark eyes (He's not so very tall) But I think his indifference Is a challenge to them all. For when they want to love him He finds something else to do He can't know his good fortune For Sydney's only two. | Discover our Poem Explanations and Poet Analyses!Other Poems of Interest...TO THE RETURNED GIRLS by FRANKLIN PIERCE ADAMS A GIRL by KATHERINE HARRIS BRADLEY SONG OF THE LITTLE WHITE GIRL by KATHERINE MANSFIELD SEASHORE by JOHN FREDERICK NIMS GIRLS ON THE RUN: 1 by JOHN ASHBERY GIRLS ON THE RUN: 10 by JOHN ASHBERY GIRLS ON THE RUN: 14 by JOHN ASHBERY GIRLS ON THE RUN: 2 by JOHN ASHBERY SURFACES AND MASKS; 1 by CLARENCE MAJOR SONG OF THE RABBITS OUTSIDE THE TAVERN by ELIZABETH JANE COATSWORTH |
