Last Line: Because their beauty is but for a day.

O hallow'd Love! whose fruits were ever tears—
The soft unfolding of the bud in Spring,
The glittering pageantry which Summer rears,
And Autumn's glories trail'd on russet wing
To the foregrieving heart the closelier cling,
Because their loveliness must pass away,
Because their beauty is but for a day.
