BLOOM OF AGE by ABU YAHYA

First Line: THEY SCOLD, THAT I ENGAGE
Last Line: IT WEARS ITS GOWN OF FLOWERS.

They scold, that I engage
In love and toping, now
That the white bloom of age
Is shining on my brow.

The bough most sorely then
Requires refreshing showers
That very season, when
It wears its gown of flowers.
