BODY AND SOUL by ABUL FADL

First Line: HERE THE RIVER'S BODY FLOWS
Last Line: THE WOODLAND AIR.

Here the river's body flows,
Here stand the trees;
Breathes the river's soul, when blows
The meadow's breeze.

When the breeze unstirring lies
A sword shines there,
But a coat of mail, when sighs
The woodland air.
