EPIGRAM by FRANCOIS GUILLAUME JEAN STANISLAS ANDRIEUX

First Line: HOW MANY ROGUES ARE IN THE TOWN
Last Line: HARPIN, EXIST--INCLUDING YOU?

HOW many rogues are in the town,
Harpin?--without yourself I mean.
'A joker always moves my spleen,
So better leave such jokes alone.'
Well, be it so. I start anew,
And therefore smooth your angry frown.
How many rogues within the town,
Harpin, exist--including you?
