COBWEB by ANNE MILLAY BREMER

First Line: STUDDED WITH GLISTENING GEMS MORE RARE
Last Line: AND LO—PRICELESS PEARLS FADE!
Subject(s): COBWEBS;

STUDDED with glistening gems more rare
Than ever adorned a lady fair,
Between two sappy blades of grass
Swaying, a gossamer hangs. Alas,
Lightly the touch of a sun-ray is laid,
And lo—priceless pearls fade!
