FROM A PRAIRIE by BEATRICE BRISSMAN

First Line: I LIKE TO WATCH
Last Line: A CONQUEROR OF SPACE.
Subject(s): TUMBLE-WEEDS;

I like to watch
Tumble-weeds roll by,
Or to see an eagle
Soaring in the sky.

Tumble-weeds lead
The wind a merry chase.
An eagle cleaves the clouds,
A conqueror of space.
