JOURNEY by HORTENSE KING FLEXNER

First Line: I HAVE WALKED SO FAR WITH YOU
Last Line: I WANDER STILL.
Subject(s): DEATH; DEAD, THE;

I have walked so far with you
On the way to death
That I cannot return.
I know that which you knew,
Going far enough to forget all.
In that waste, which is the opposite of life
I wander still.
