A GREAT PROFESSOR by NORMAN ROWLAND GALE

First Line: THAT PITEOUS FALL OF UNDERLIP! THAT SUDDEN - COMING HOLLOW
Last Line: HE TAUGHT A PIECE OF SYNTAX OF A KIND TO GRAVEL SAGES.
Subject(s): WISDOM;

THAT piteous fall of underlip! That sudden-coming hollow
Of bosom, ere the wave returns and little tremblings follow!
When Love was schooling women, in the first of golden ages,
He taught a piece of syntax of a kind to gravel sages.
