A NIGHT: LATER by ELSIE GLENN

First Line: THE NIGHT WITH ITS QUEER, DARK NOISES
Last Line: AND THE CLOUDS ROLL BY, EVER NEW.
Subject(s): CLOUDS; NIGHT; BEDTIME;

The night with its queer, dark noises
Lifts its velvet head to the dew,
While the thief in the barnyard browses,
And the clouds roll by, ever new.
