ON HIMSELFE (13) by ROBERT HERRICK

Poet Analysis

First Line: I WILL NO LONGER KISS
Last Line: AND ALL MY TROUBLES TOO.

I will no longer kiss,
I can no longer stay;
The way of all Flesh is,
That I must go this day:
Since longer I can't live,
My frolick Youths adieu;
My Lamp to you Ile give,
And all my troubles too.
