GRACE BEFORE MEALS: EVENING by EDNA DEAN PROCTOR

First Line: FATHER! EVENING SHADES ARE FALLING
Last Line: PRAY WE MAY BE THINE IN HEAVEN.
Subject(s): EVENING; PRAYER; SUNSET; TWILIGHT;

Father! evening shades are falling;
Busy, joyous day is done;
Thanks and love we bring, recalling
All thy care from sun to sun,
And when days no more are given,
Pray we may be thine in heaven.
