WHENCE AND WHERE by JOHN BANISTER TABB

First Line: DO THE BLOSSOMS COME AND GO
Last Line: LIFT OR LOWER A WIZARD WAND?

Do the blossoms come and go
As the waters ebb and flow?
Or, as stars, the livelong year,
Are they ever blooming here
In a garden of delight,
Clear or clouded to the sight
As the Seasons o'er the land
Lift or lower a wizard wand?
