AN ORATORICAL DIFFICULTY by AMOS RUSSEL WELLS

First Line: I'D LIKE TO SPEAK OF CAMOUFLAGE
Last Line: IT SHALL NOT BE IN FLANDERS.
Subject(s): LANGUAGE - PRONUNCIATION;

I'd like to speak of camouflage
In manner philosophic,
And that mysterious barrage,
A most enticing topic.

Those noble words and novel themes,
How gloriously I'd bounce'em
Through brilliant oratoric dreams,
If I could but pronounce 'em.

And here and now this orator
Petitions all commanders,
That if we have another war
It shall not be in Flanders.
