UPON A COCK-HORSE TO MARKET I'LL TROT by ANONYMOUS

Last Line: "IF IT HAD NOT BEEN KILLED, IT WOULD SURELY HAVE DIED"

UPON a cock-horse to market I'll trot,
To buy a pig to boil in the pot.
A shilling a quarter, a crown a side.
If it had not been killed, it would surely have died.
