A PYTHIAN ORACLE by ANONYMOUS

First Line: COME PURE IN HEART BEFORE THIS HALLOWED FANE
Last Line: ALL OCEAN'S WATER SHALL NOT WASH AWAY
Subject(s): SIN;

COME pure in heart before this hallowed fane,
Your hands fresh sprinkled with the fountain spray:
Few drops the good need; but a foul soul's stain
All ocean's water shall not wash away.
