Do you love? Then you are wretched: you have been hitched to a plow, the ground is hard and dry. It has not rained for forty days and nights. Now pull, sweat and tears will make the soil fertile. Up will spring the wheat of your bitter contribution. Eat with horror and increase of strength. Pride returns in the knowledge of your achievement.
