I travel! My pilgrimage hither-ward lies Beyond these proud barriers neath fairer skies, Away from these purlieus that throttle the soul On, on to the bounds of my utter-most goal. No power that moves in the land or the sea Can curtail or capture the vision in me, I follow a lode-star, I can, and I must! My forehead to God, my feet in the dust. | Discover our Poem Explanations and Poet Analyses!Other Poems of Interest...THE MOTHS: 1. CIRCA 1582 by NORMAN DUBIE THE MOTHS: 1.
