FORGIVENESS, by                    
First Line: When abu amir pardoned me
Last Line: Admits their souls to paradise.


When Abu Amir pardoned me
I marvelled at his clemency,
Yet realised that it must soon
Be followed by a greater boon.

For similarly Allah, when
He overlooks the sins of men
To crown His bounty, in a trice
Admits their souls to Paradise.
