THE ALBION QUEENS, ACT 1: THE WONDER, by
First Line: Your grace is welcome from the queen of scotland
Last Line: Cecil. My lord, you make me blush.
Subject(s): Courts & Courtiers; Pity; Scotland; Royal Court Life; Royalty; Kings; Queens

Cecil. Your Grace is welcome from the Queen of Scotland
How fares that sad and most illustrious pattern
Of all misfortunes?
Norfolk. Dost thou pity her?
Oh, let me fly, and hold thee to my bosom,
Closer, and far more dear, than ever bride
Was held by lusty bridegroom in his arms!
Cecil. My lord, you make me blush.
