MIRAGE, by
First Line: I saw a man on a horse
Last Line: Then the horseman was gone.
Alternate Author Name(s): Eccles
Subject(s): Mirages

I saw a man on a horse
Riding against the sun.
"Hallo! Don Cossack," I cried.
He shouted, "Hallo, my son!"

The Caspian Sea shimmered;
The Kazak tents shone
For a moment in England,
Then the horseman was gone.
