My fount of beauty this year, Oh God,
Has been the building of Thy Tabernacle.
This task, so seeming hard, Thou hast stripped
Of difficulties, and lent Thine aid in overcoming
Many matters that blunt the sense and dull the vision.
Lift up the hearts of Thy people, Oh God,
And shed radiance over Thy new House of Worship;
Help us to make it lasting and to keep it holy;
Prompt us to preserve peace, and in sweet serenity
To fathom the infinite wisdom and spiritual strength
Of Thy Teachings.
