Last Line: Down the deep winter skies.

Waterman of the skies,
Tilting your sparkling jar
Over the winter world,
Star on crystalline star --

Beautifully pouring down
An astral fountain of light,
You cry with a cosmic voice,
"Drink of my stars tonight!"

Men of this planet earth,
Worn with your angers and wars,
Bathe your brows in this stream;
Drink of this draught of stars!

Far to this river of light
Lift up your faltering eyes --
River of healing, poured
Down the deep winter skies.
