COLLEGE DAYS, by CARLETON HUNNEMAN First Line: Dear fellow, when our college days are over Last Line: Our mother fair! Subject(s): Commencement; Friendship; Graduation | ||||||||
DEAR fellow, when our college days are over, These happy, happy days, And we, by unrelenting fate divided, Pursue our different ways, Then shall this spark of friendship ever glowing Conceive eternal life; Lighting our pathway as we struggle onward Mid toil and strife. Dear fellow, Alma Mater's sacred name A talisman shall be, A bond of union binding us together For all eternity. Life's sands run low, the ranks grow thin and thinner, Grief gathers fast, and care.
