I sang a song of love one day.
I sealed it with a kiss;
Enshrined it in my heart to stay --
A shining jewel of bliss

Its radiance like a lamp illumes
The years, and penetrates
The dullness commonplace assumes
And gloom evaporates.

Love is a magic precious stone
That lights my Time and Space;
Yet, cannot shine for me alone --
Its magic is your face.
