Live then Pris'ners uncontrol'd; Drinke oth' strong, the Rich, the Old, Till Wine too hath your Wits in hold; Then if still your Jollitie, And Throats are free; Tryumph in your Bonds and Paines, And daunce to th' Musick of your Chaines. | Discover our Poem Explanations and Poet Analyses!Other Poems of Interest...SECULAR GAMES by RICHARD HOWARD WHAT DID YOU SEE? by FANNY HOWE JULIA TUTWILER STATE PRISON FOR WOMEN by ANDREW HUDGINS BOTHWELL: PART 4 by WILLIAM EDMONSTOUNE AYTOUN BOTHWELL: PART 4 by WILLIAM EDMONSTOUNE AYTOUN WORK IN PROGRESS by CHARLES MARTIN THE SUBCULTURE OF THE WRONGLY ACCUSED by THYLIAS MOSS GRATIANA DANCING AND SINGING by RICHARD LOVELACE LA BELLA BONA ROBA by RICHARD LOVELACE THE GRASSHOPPER; TO MY NOBLE FRIEND MR.
