What? Pity her! That she has dared to slip away from suffering; That she has found a peace Nothing can check or mar; That she can rest with folded hands Among green, growing things And know the mystery of night winds sweeping Through tall, dark pines That watch beside her sleeping? You say her face was sad and drawn, You pity her!
