WITH SUCH DETAIL, by
First Line: The mind with such minute detail
Last Line: Talking with brother jim.
Subject(s): Fish & Fishing

The mind with such minute detail
Can summon back the past;
One half forgets that time grows pale
And living does not last.

So vividly I walked today
Beside a certain stream,
I could not send the waves away,
Nor waken them from dream.

I walked a minted mile or more
Along the water's rim,
Fishing for fish I'd caught before,
Talking with Brother Jim.
