REDBUD TIME, by                    
First Line: Deep in my heart is a feeling
Last Line: And we'll be together in redbud time.

Deep in my heart is a feeling,
Something that seems to entwine
Your heartstrings and my heartstrings
Together when it's redbud time.
Soft spring breeze and new-born leaves,
Winding roads and humming bees
Are only a few of Nature's jewels
Under the skies of blue.
Snowy white clouds that float where they may,
A sinking sun closing the day,
The appealing song of the whippoorwill,
Babbling brooks that are never still.
Oh come again in this time sublime
And we'll be together in redbud time.
