My star is brighter now than when my eyes First saw and gazed in wonder at the sight; My star is brighter and I watch it rise, Lost in its glow, enveloped in its light. Often, in gazing long, I fail to see Its distance, and I think my outstretched hand May reach and bring its beauty down to me; The only beauty I can understand.
