A QUESTION, by                    
First Line: Dip a sponge in oil of rue
Last Line: Will that make it stop?


Dip a sponge in oil of rue,
With it wipe your slate,
Go dress your love in sack-cloth
Then re-name it hate.
Laugh out so all can hear you,
Dance until you drop --
But if your heart is breaking,
Will that make it stop?
