Tho' factory smoke and film of whirring loom
Becloud the scene and Man's far vision foil,
Time will obliterate, and deep entomb
These pristine methods of primeval toil.
His latter day shall yield him richer spoil,
Bought with a lesser strain of eye and nerve,
And Nature's harness'd powers his will subserve.
