Tell me where, in what country, where Is bounteous Flora, Roman belle? Archipiade? Thaïs? a pair Cousins in beauty, stories tell. Does Echo's musical answer swell #NAME? Her charm more binding than mortal spell #NAME? Where's Héloise? wise as debonaire, Whom, unstrung and made monk as well, Abélard loved so; poor Pierre, Love's reward was a eunuch's cell. Where is that dawdling dowsabel, Queen who had bagged and flung, we fear, Buridan into the Seine p·le-m·le? #NAME? Where is Queen Lily White who'd snare Men with her siren song? Or Swell-Foot Bertha? or Beatrice? quick to flare, Maine's Erambour? Or that nonpareil, Good Joanne of Arc, her fiery knell Rung at Rouen, as the English jeer? Where now, Virgin and Queen, pray tell? #NAME?
