FRAGRANCES by WILLIAM BRIAN HOOKER

First Line: WHEN YOU PASS BY ME SWIFTLY
Last Line: AS THE THOUGHT OF YOU DRIFTS BY.

When you pass by me swiftly,
For a moment all the air
Thrills with the breath of your passing
And the summer of your hair.

So, in the dark and the distance,
There comes between sigh and sigh
A breeze and a breath of beauty,
As the thought of you drifts by.
