I go from this dear world; but where I do not know. I only know I shall not sleep! My spirit is untired as winds That from the south in April blow On fields where life to fruit must leap. Not sleep! I cannot sleep; for there Are myriad worlds I've dimly seen That I must seek; And beauty's truth, whose form my soul Has glimpsed as some faint silver sheen Aglow above a heavenly peak. I blithely go! For I know, there, We'll raise this faltering, feeble song We called, "Love," dear Heart of my heart, who sang with me, To harmony so sure and strong Peace shall enfold all those who hear. ADELINE M.
