TRAVEL by MARGARET MARY LEE

First Line: I NEVER SAILED THE SOUTHERN SEAS
Last Line: THAT SPANNED ETERNITY.
Subject(s): TRAVEL; JOURNEYS; TRIPS;

I never sailed the southern seas
Nor did strange lands explore,
But I have felt your hand in mine
And spanned Elysium's shore.
I never saw the Bridge of Sighs
Nor dark mysterious seas;
But I have known your lingering kiss
That spanned eternity.
