First Line: HER PRUDENCE WAS A WHITE FENCE
Last Line: BUT WHITE ENOUGH TO CATCH THE TRAVELER'S EYE.

Her prudence was a white fence
Around the danger curve of her desires.
Not strong enough to keep Love
From dashing down the precipice below,
But white enough to catch the traveler's eye.
