THE BOBOLINK'S SONG by SARA V. PRUESER

First Line: YOU FLEW FAR ABOVE ME
Last Line: A SYMPHONY OF JOY.
Subject(s): BIRDS;

You flew far above me,
Beneath the sun's crown,
Broadcasting your music
Through country and town.
It came from your station --
The big sky-space of blue,
As if harps of angels
Were broadcasting too.
There was no announcement
Nor static to annoy,
It fell from the heavens --
A symphony of joy.
