ABSENT by NAOMI REYNOLDS

First Line: IF YOU WERE HERE, I MIGHT NOT SEE
Last Line: CALLING TO EARLY MASS.
Subject(s): ABSENCE; SEPARATION; ISOLATION;

If you were here, I might not see
The shadows on the grass,
Nor gather all the violets
That edge the Looking Glass;
I might not hear St. Francis' bell
Calling to early mass.
