APRIL by LOU SAULMON

First Line: APRIL HAS DIPPED / TO EARTH AGAIN
Last Line: OF A MAIDEN'S EYES.
Subject(s): REVIVALS; RELIGIOUS REVIVALS;

April has dipped
To earth again
On rain-washed, silver wings.
Love and life
Once more revived,
The whole world
Smiles and sings.

April has come
With its azure skies,
Bright and sparkling;
Filled with promise
As the love-filled glance
Of a maiden's eyes.
