BEGINNINGS by BEULAH WINDLE SCALLIN

First Line: ALL WORTHWHILE BEGINNINGS FOLLOW A DREAM
Last Line: TILL CONSEQUENT BEAUTY IN ACTION UNFOLDS.
Subject(s): DREAMS; THOUGHT; NIGHTMARES; THINKING;

All worthwhile beginnings follow a dream,
And the dream is the focus of tentative thought:
But heralding these is the shimmering gleam,
The filmy idea which enters unsought,
That consciousness visions and seizes and holds
Till consequent beauty in action unfolds.
